1. Terms and Conditions for all users : In these Terms, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘institute’ and ‘AMI’ means Alza Management Institute, and ‘you’ means the user of this Website. We reserve the right to withdraw all or part of the Website at any time

If either we or you fail to enforce, or delay in enforcing, any of our respective rights or remedies under these Terms, such failure or delay shall not operate as an agreement to waive that right or remedy, and shall not prevent us from exercising that right or remedy in the future.
These terms and conditions shall be construed as under and governed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Alza Management Institute and the user agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any lawsuit between them shall be a court sitting in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
2. Purpose of the Website : The purpose of the Website is to provide individuals and businesses with information on the range of courses, centers, products and other services offered by or via AMI
3. Copyright : The materials on this Website are protected by our and by third party copyright and other intellectual property rights as described in the AMI Copyright Statement.

The Linked Sites are not under the control of AMI and AMI is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. AMI is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any Linked Site. AMI is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by AMI of the site or any association with its operators.
5. Damages :
* The maximum aggregate liability of the Institute for all claims, whether made in contract, tort under statute or otherwise (including in each case negligence) which are not otherwise excluded under these Terms (”Claims”) shall be limited to the fees paid by the enrollee in respect of one incident or series of incidents arising from a common cause in each course duration commencing with the date that you became a member of the Institute.
* AMI makes, and you receive, no warranties or conditions of any kind, express, implied or statutory, related to or arising in any way out of this agreement. AMI specifically disclaims any implied warranty for merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of any third party rights. in no event shall AMI be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages (including damages for loss of profits, revenue, data or use) arising out of this agreement or incurred by any party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if AMI has been advised of the possibility of such damages. AMI’s liability for damages hereunder shall in no event exceed the amount of fees actually paid to AMI under this agreement.
6. Amendments to the Terms : We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. When we make a change we will update this page of the Website. We recommend that you revisit this page from time to time to ensure that you are aware of any changes that we have made to these Terms.
No Unlawful Or Prohibited Use : As a condition of your use of the AMI Website, you warrant to AMI that you will not use the AMI Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.
